I have a samsung s22 ultra, have been facing network issues since 2023 November. I called them to explain them clearly how this is a manufacturing defect and its not me, but 1000s of people are facing this issue.

The manager at complain department of samsung gulf is the most rude person ever. He does not no how to talk to customer and has no intention to provide a acceptable solution.

FUN FACT:
If you think that your message to "Talk to CEO" option their support website will actually go to the CEO, forget about it. The manager clearly claimed that the email goes to his department. What a JOKE!

Stay away from this company! 
Switch to Apple People!

PS: Here is the reply from my CEO email (LOL) from the same guy I talked with....

No doubt, It's a known fact that Samsung has the worst customer service in the middle east.

Regarding your network issue, try to disable 5G (switch to LTE option) and restart your phone.

Please let us know how it goes. Your feedback will help other people as well. I tried this on my S22+, data connection seems to be better.
