The last update mentioned improved camera performance. That update made the over all camera performance worst. All of my friends who use s10 series phones encountered the same problem. Is Samsung giving update to s10 line up to become obsolete? Im so disappointed

Having overheating, fast battery drain, and excessive ram usage since updating to One UI 3 and android 12. Still they didnt fix those issues. Now camera. Im seeing a pattern called Planned Obsolescence

Open Samsung members app > click get help on bottom > Submit a feedback/error report about the same

If it's a known problem and is occuring in majority of the S10 devices, Please wait for the next update

phone headed up quickly, battery draining super fast, camera quality goes worst ever I have seen since using the device..poor service quality from Samsung.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

* Clear camera lens with microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt and dust from the camera lens.

 

* Reset camera settings
Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Reset.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
