Service center person denied for replacement. Saying cable is damaged. 
I'm attaching this picture of my earphones.

Kindly check and let me know where it is damaged.

How it's happened? Because those types of issue decided as accidental damage only ...and replaceable within 15 days of purchase..otherwise none of the service center will replace
