Hi Members,

I am unable to open recovery mode in s10+ after one Ui 3 update. I have tried with plugging in C-type charger and AKG headphones but Volume Up+Bixby+power Button enters directly to the normal restart.

Please suggest.

Regards,
Amit

To access Recovery mode please follow the path below:

1. Turn off your device
2. Connect your device to the PC via USB (not to the charger)
3. Wait until the message that the device is being charged appears
4. Press and hold down the volume up, bixby button and then power buttons and hold them untlil the device turns on
5. Recovery menu should appear
6. from there select "Wipe cache partition" (you can navigate using volume up/down buttons and confirm with a power button).

If that helped or solved your query, "Accept as solution" will be appreciated.

Hello Amit,

Did you get this work?

I am with the same problem right now. I tried to press the 3 buttons and continue until turn on, but I tried the second alternative to press the 3 buttons and release the Power when the Samsung log appears.

In both situation, the mobile follow the normal startup.
