I didn't even got one ui 2 beta.... I really want to use one ui 3.0 beta as soon as possible  , but I don't know if I'll get the beta or not. Does anyone knows anything about it?

Samsung never tests beta in Canada, so, you won't get it. You have to wait for the stable version.
