Wifi range decreased

Hi all,

With android11 update on s10plus I feel that phone's wi-fi range has been decreased. 

Previously it used to detect my wi-fi in far away room but now it simply doesn't detect it.

Anybody else feel the same.

Any solution if any?

Yes i do in my galaxy s7 it didn't detect my galaxy m31 wifi hotspot

And the funny thing is Samsung J8 which is older and cheaper than s10plus connect to that very same wi-fi very easily.

Hey, change the band to 2.4GHz.
It works.

I am not asking about phone hotspot but the internet wifi and its also on 2.4 ghz
