Wifi calling issue while using private dns

I am using private dns to block ads and wifi calling is not working on jio sim service, when I turn off private dns then only my wifi calling is working. Please sort this out to make enable wifi calling service on jio sim while private dns is enabled.

Why are you using private DNS?
From which app you want to block ads?


If you only use Chrome and want to block ads then follow this link. Then you will able to make calls over WiFi.

Hmm this is the issue but you can use this method as alternative.

Jio + dns is not working
But
Airtel + dns no issue at all
