Please guys help me in this.....i am so much frustrated.
I have a Samsung galaxy s8 plus.All things were working fine but suddenly 2-3 days ago when I tried to install or update any application from Samsung galaxy app store it does not start downloading at all and also when I open the Samsung members it shows error like Network connection error.
please note all these issues comes when i m using WIFI but when I switch my internet from Wi-Fi to mobile data no issues was there.
I have followed every method like switch on my phone in Safe mode......reset app preferences......also Hard reset my phone but nothing changes.

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. The relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
