Why some app is not working on mobile data? Anyone any idea?

Have tried all kind of troubleshooting but in no ways one of app is working on mobile data. What can be the reason?

maybe its restricted from useing mobile data. press and hold on the app then settings, mobile data then allow to use it on background and data saver

Have tried by all means but no luck. I see tht in my one plus this app works fine on mobile data

Seems this is samsung issue..s23 FE...just bought few days bk. Since thn very frequently this app stops working on Samsung. Sride app. I use this app on daily basis for traveling. This is quite problematic for me now😭😭

No update nothing. It's working absolutely fine on Wi Fi . Samsung s23 fe is just not worth buying. Even voice calling is a problem as people hv complained my voice is breaking

Thr is some serious network issue as well...whenever I give a call voice is completely grumbled for me. How can so called flagship mobile perform so badly!!
