Galaxy SFrom my understand it looks like you may have bought your device either Online or from Local Shops. In this scenario this is very common. I would personally recommend that you visit a Samsung Authorized Service Center and confirm with them that the phone uses Samsung original parts.

Galaxy SBro, I purchased it from a local shop.
I checked the Samsung official store and there is a price difference. About 500 AED.
By looking at the phone it feels like the phone is original but worried about the preactivated

Galaxy SPotential Reasons for Discrepancy:
* Retailer/Distributor Activation: Sometimes, retailers or distributors activate phones when they receive them from the manufacturer, or when they sell them to another reseller, rather than when the final customer purchases them. This means the warranty period might start running before the phone even reaches your hands.
* Demo or Display Unit: Although you checked the box thoroughly, there's a slim chance it might have been a display unit that was repacked and sold as new. Display units are activated for demonstration purposes.
* Return and Resale: Less commonly, a phone could have been purchased, activated, and then returned (perhaps unopened or with the seals carefully reapplied), and then resold to you. While less likely if the box looked genuinely untouched, it's a possibility.
* Batch Activation: In some cases, a whole batch of phones might be activated by the manufacturer or a large distributor at once for logistical reasons, even if individual units aren't immediately sold.
What You Should Do:
* Gather Your Proof of Purchase: Your original invoice or sales receipt is crucial. It clearly states your purchase date, which is the date your warranty should officially begin from your perspective as the end-user.
* Contact Samsung Support Directly (Again): While you chatted with them, it's important to follow up with Samsung's official customer support, preferably through a dedicated warranty or customer service line, or by visiting a Samsung service center if possible.
* Explain the situation clearly: State that you purchased the phone on 13/06/2025 (today) but their system shows an activation date of 29/05/2025.
* Provide your IMEI and the purchase receipt: This is key evidence.
* Request a warranty date adjustment: Explain that you expect your warranty to begin from your purchase date, as the phone was not in your possession or use before then.
* Be Persistent: If the first representative can't help, politely ask to speak to a supervisor or someone in a higher tier of support. Samsung generally wants to ensure customer satisfaction and will often rectify such discrepancies when presented with clear proof of purchase.
* Check with the Retailer: If Samsung is uncooperative, you may also need to contact the retailer you bought the phone from. They might have a record of when they received the phone or their own activation policies that could explain the discrepancy, and they might be able to assist in getting Samsung to adjust the warranty.
Important Note on Warranty:
Samsung's warranty terms typically state that the warranty is valid upon presentation of the proof of purchase (invoice/sales slip) indicating the date of purchase. While their internal system might show an earlier activation, your purchase receipt is your strongest argument for the warranty starting when you actually bought the device.
Don't hesitate to push for this, as losing 15 days off your warranty period is unfair when you've bought a brand new, sealed device.

Galaxy SI first went to the retail shop
And ask about that the device is pre-activated. 15 days ago.
They called somewhere and told me that this was done by the distributor by scanning the IMEI number only from the box.
And there is no issue with the phone it's not used or opened. This is what they told me.
After that, I went to the Samsung showroom and explained a salesperson checked the phone and he said the phone was good and fine.
However, the salesperson said that the phone was not activated by scanning the IMEI number only which was told by the retailer.
Again I went back to the retail shop and told him the Samsung salesperson said this about the activation and they said we didn't do anything with the phone the distributor could do the activation also they repacked the phone with the new seal they have supported by Samsung.
The first thing i. Noticed in the beginning when turn on the phone and did a factory reset and noticed that the application was pre-installed like the calculator
Calendar
Clock
Reminder
Samsung Health
Samsung notes
Samsung shop
Voice recorded
Outlook
Samsung kids
And other.
After the factory reset, these applications were deleted. And after setup connected to the wifi, these applications start downloading and installing.
Are there applications pre-installed if the device is not pre-activated or installed from from factory?
Also in the retail shop, another unit of 25 ultra black colour checked were the phones for pre-activation and that phone was also activated on 2 June 2025 means 12 days before. After that, I checked the IMEI numbers of other Samsung phones from the box 24 ultra, s23 fe, and A56 all 3 are not activated.
Menas out of 5 phones my 25 ultra and the 25 ultra black colour are showing activated .

Galaxy SMine is 15 days before activated.
The phone box looks clean and the device also.
I went to the Samsung showroom today not the service center. The salesperson said the device is working fine.
Another thing when I first started the phone the apps like Samsung Health
Calculator
Notes and many pre-installed.
In our phone is it pre-installed or after connected to wifi its start downloading the apps ?
