Why samsung is delaying Android 12 for S20 series

I think samsung has to learn from Apple regarding deployment phases of very critical major os updates. We are at september when people already has IOS15 but we as samsung guys dont know exactly when we will be having 2021 update.

Bro in apple all iPhone are having apple's own chipset and their software...
In samsung it is different..

Many other countries got beta version may be they have snapdragon variant of s21 series and in India it is exynos ...

May be samsung is not able to provide faster updates to their own chipset phones ..

But then you can buy apple right ? Why do you wanna come to Samsung? Or atleast you must buy pixel if you are completely a android user ...
We can complain a company if they don't provide updates as promised. Nowadays Samsung promises 3 years updates. If they fail to do that then we have rights to question them.
To answer your question, we are not using stock android. So they need to install their skin and test thoroughly. A bit delayed Bugless OS is much much required than fast buggy updates

I can move back but how about what we spent while buying premium smartphone from Samsung. If this is delayed due to different chipsets then how come it comes first in samsung watch 4.

Please understand that you are comparing both different OS. Different OS will have different update time lines.
