Why Samsung is not giving Android 12 Updates in Pakistan?

Android 12 is released on November to all the Flagships Phones and we are still waiting for update. I am using S21 and i didn't get any update of Android 12.

Depends on region bro, aap ka mobile jis region sey belong karta hai, jab us region ki update aayay gi toh update hoga. Plus agar imei patched ho toh phir update nahi hota.
