I purchased an S21 FE in 2022. After only two years, an issue with a white line developed.
When I went to the service center, they blamed me and quoted a repair cost of 13k. Although I was seeing it before the update, this line appeared after I updated my phone. No external force was applied to it. So, what should I do? Can someone suggest something?

I am not saying flagship are bad. I am saying don't buy phone by looking best software experience or update. Now a days its just a gimmick same as highest pixel camera in earlier years. Other brands are also giving good competition if we removed the software experience part because in my opinion i am going to turn the auto update off forever for longer use , which few people used to do in there Apple devices now a days😂

I don't use a flagship phone for longer software updates, but for the quality of the product.

If the phone screen is faulty and backpannel is removed then what we will do with quality. I should have a good working phone in my hand to enjoy the quality.

#Not sure brother. #Just a normal user. Recently  brought s23. Next time while buying I  will consider a mobile by eliminating software experience , because most brands has the update issue. So i am ready to use a working mobile without using the update and enjoy the rest of the Flagship feature.
