Where's my gift voucher ?

I can't see any voucher for my galaxy buds pro in the benefits tab after i purchased and activated my s22 ultra.

I have contacted samsung and they said my issue has been escalated

The gift redemption will start after 10th April

Redemption will start on April 10 and end on may 31. So hopefully u will get notification soon
