Where is the Now Brief on the One UI 7?

Hey everyone,

I recently updated my Galaxy S24 Ultra to One UI 7 and noticed that one of the highlighted features was supposed to be Now Brief. It’s the feature that gives you a personalized summary of your day in the morning with things like weather, schedule, and updates.

But after the update, I cannot find it anywhere on my phone.

I looked into it and it seems like Now Brief is only available on the Galaxy S25 series for now. It was still listed in the update highlights, so it is a bit confusing.

Has anyone found a way to enable it or heard anything official about it coming to the S24 Ultra?

Would appreciate any info. Just wanted to see if others noticed the same thing.

It is so disappointing because that feature was the most anticipated feature for me.

Anyways, now brief is not available for s24 series as far as I understand. I am also disappointed just like you (but in a respectful way as you mentioned earlier)

As per the latest reports, Samsung is planning to implement it on the s24 series with the upcoming one ui 8.

Yeah i realized the same problem, but i think they will activate it soon, maybe in may security update.

I don't think so as this may be an exclusive feature for the S25 Ultra.

Hi Adam, from a day 1 S25U user, allow me to say You're not missing out on anything, it's the most useless thing created, i disabled it as it only shows weather and alarms(for the time being) , regardless of what you enable in it(sports etc)
It was one of the causes of the OS delay, as it relies on the PDE(Personal Data Engine) that is only available in the S25 series. Having that missing from the older models caused that problem.
If you have it enabled, you will receive 3 times a day an update on the weather and your alarms and that's it. Although i don't believe in my opinion it needs a PDE to highlight updates, but it was developed and built around it(it communicates with all apps without letting them communicate with eachother, and stores data in knox for privacy) . It will probably come soon, but after you use it you'll understand what i mean by useless(in my personal opinion again)

Interesting take but imo the Now Brief is incredibly useful as it gives you a full snapshot of your day in one glance: sleep quality, energy levels, weather updates, calendar events, reminders, and even health insights from Samsung Health. What makes it even better is that you can customize what you want to see. So if you care more about your step count or upcoming meetings, you can prioritize those. It’s like your own personal assistant, right on your phone, keeping everything organized and tailored to you.

That's the thing, none of these work, they were all enabled and only the weather and alarms pulled through, on paper & marketing material, it's an amazing tool,best thing since sliced bread. Expectations vs reality...
