Where is the August 2024 patch for s24 ultra?

Hello, Samsung Community and Team, I hope everyone is doing well. I’m reaching out to discuss a frustrating issue many of us in the Middle East are experiencing with our Galaxy S24 Ultra devices. It seems that while other Samsung devices, including the Galaxy S23 Ultra, are receiving updates on time, the Galaxy S24 Ultra is being left behind. This delay in receiving updates is not only disappointing but also concerning, especially for those of us who rely on these updates for security patches, bug fixes, and the latest features. Given that the Galaxy S24 Ultra is Samsung's latest flagship, we would expect it to be prioritized in receiving updates, not delayed. It’s disappointing to see that the device isn't getting the attention it deserves. We’re hoping that the Samsung team can shed some light on this issue. Is there a specific reason for this delay in our region? Are there any steps we can take to expedite the update process? Any transparency on this matter would be greatly appreciated by all of us. Looking forward to a prompt response and hoping for quicker updates in the future.

The same flagship in other countries received their updates on 7th of August and we are still waiting for the update.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time to have such a prolonged delay.

I'm having the same concern. I live in Sri Lanka, but using a device that was bought in Middle East region. Till today (20th Aug) I didn't receive the August security patch.

My friend using year old 23ultra received update last week and I am waiting for august update for my 24ultra.if it is a middle east only problem then why he got update?Really frustrating😡😡😡

The update is out in other regions, so why not for the s24 series in M.E. region. Kindly prioritize updates for the s24 series in the Middle East. We are the last one to receive the updates, even A series phones get them early of the month

You haven't answered anything here, nor have you addressed our concern. We KNOW how to update our phones. What we want, is a plausible reply as to why middle east variants of the s24 ultra are LAST to receive software updates. What use is a software update if I receive it a week before the new security patch??
