Whatsapp video error

Hi can anyone help me with my problem in whatsapp if i send a video from the gallary to any of my contact in whatsapp its only show a green video but if i captured a video clip from the camera in the whatsapp then send it it will be in very amazing condition do anyone here have the answer for this?  

I face tis problem on my galaxy s 21 ultra and i never had it before in my old galaxy devices such as galaxy note 9 or s6 and note 3

It was an old issue which was already addressed by Whatsaap. Simply update your app from play store. It should solve the problem.

Or you can uninstall the whatsapp and install it back, with this it should be solve...

The app is updated to the latest version and even when i try to unstall and reinstall still the same problem
