Whatsapp lock screen notification preview problem

Hello Members, 

I have recently reinstalled normal and Business WhatsApp in S9+, but after this new installation I am not getting message notification preview and edge light notifications for either. 

Have checked in Apps settings for both WhatsApp, all the notifications are marked ON and also in WhatsApp settings priority notifications are ON, than too not getting. 

Kindly guide.

Hello Kushd,
Please check wheather you have included your apps for this notification feature.
Goto Settings > Notifications > Brief > Included apps and check wheather WhatsApps is included.
Also in the "breif pop-up settings" you can choose to show pop-up when screen is off.

Also check the same for edge lighting settings too. (Settings > Display > Edge Screen > Edge Lighting > (Show always) > Manage Notifications > Choose Apps)
