Whatsapp local backup recovery needed

I have mistakenly clear the WhatsApp data instead of clear cache i clicked on clear data from settings-apps 

My local backup in my file manager has aslo been deleted, so my all WhatsApp data has been deleted including chats , photos and videos even my phone galary is empty from whats media, which i had from 8 years , all that data was so much important for me, 

I think only local backup was marked and Gdrive and cloud was not maked, 

Is it possible to recover the backup file which was deleted from my file manager, as my WhatsApp was regularly backing up once in a week,

Try installing your whatsapp on a different device to see if you have online backup, if not then that might be an issue for you.

Local data you accidentally deleted is not recoverable now.

Try to check for online backup on GDrive, maybe you have saved some backup there in past.

This is the only solution. Check in whatsapp setting when you did last backup. This will tell you the whole story how much can you recover.
