Whatsapp customised ringtone

Is anyone facing the issue of customised ringtone is not getting picked up on WhatsApp but rings the default set ringtone.

The customised message tone gets picked up though. Is anyone facing the same on s24 ultra? (App is updated)

Im not facing this but im facing a similar one. All my contacts profile pictures are mixed up in the notification bar , its really annoying since I get confused so easily cuz I check the profile pic before the name. (S24F) if anyone know any solutions would really like your help

Yes, many S24 Ultra users are facing this issue. WhatsApp is currently ignoring custom ringtones and playing the default one. It’s a bug from WhatsApp’s side, not your phone.

We have to wait for a WhatsApp update to fix it.
