What's with the crop to fit button that's on my screen and won't go away! S10 Lite

I'm tired of seeing it pop up every time I touch my phone. I tried moving it around and the internet was no help. It's very distracting. Started showing up after trying to watch something on Amazon Prime, and Prime too started showing a playback_renderer_error. Please help...

maybe you are using launcher, that's why this problem

ya once we open Amazon prime this resize button is coming only way to get rid of this is by restarting. send log and error to Samsung may be they will fix in next update.

for Amazon Prime to work Settings -> Stream & Download -> Turn off Use Hardware Acceleration

Go in settings then type 'smartfittingservice' in the search area.
After that select 'appear on top' option which you will find on bottom of your screen. Put this option 'off'. 👍
