After sales support: Which kind of support? They don't bother to give more than 2 updates for even its phones costing over Rs 60k.

Samsung Pay: Google Pay (not Tez) is already there for Pixel which is even more refined.

Quality: They are now launching phones with plastic body for even phones like A70 and A80. Forget cheap M series.

Brand value: Please try to sell your 1 month old Samsung phone. You won't even get 60% of actual price.
