I have an exclamation in my weather app about page.

I know this normally means that there is a new update or feature, but I cannot see anything there.

I have opened the licence agreements, it is still there.

Any suggestions?

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however, keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds. This is a soft reset and will not factory reset your phone.

I did that and it is still there

Hi, Vexander kindly clear your cache.

Follow the steps below to do this:

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select Weather App.
5. Select Storage.
6. Select Clear Cache.

If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however, keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

After clearing the cache I ended up clearing the data for the app and that worked
