Hello everyone!

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S10. After updating to the latest ONE UI 2.1 with the April security patch, there is this bug that keeps on coming. Everytime I play a game thats is obviously with a lanscape orientation, or watch a movie/video through such apps like Netflix or YouTube, whenever I exit and go back to the homescreen, the wallpaper is just rotated automatically. It's in landscape, but cropped. Not goes with the settings that is found on the home screen settings. I hope this issue will be fixed soon.

so I guess this is a major bug for the One Ui 2.1, have you tried reporting it by sending error report?

Dear Valued Customer,

Our engineers tried to replicate the users experience on multiple devices but failed to observe this issue.

Yes, pleas send error report as suggested thru Samsung Members.

To check further:
1- Can you provide a link to the wallpaper used if it is publicly available?
2- name of the game you are playing
3- From the screen shot shared looks the home screen is not the default one.  Are you using a 3rd party home screen manager?
3- exact device model code
4- exact firmware/sw information on the device used (Dial *#1234# and share to us all the details)
