Galaxy SThank you for contacting us and sharing your concern.
Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to try and resolve the issue. After completing each step, check if the problem is resolved:
Troubleshooting Steps:
-
Clear the App Cache and Data
-
This is the most common fix for misbehaving apps. It will not delete your cards or passes, as they are saved to your account.
-
Go to Settings > Apps.
-
Find and tap Wallet.
-
Go to Storage.
-
Tap Clear cache, then Clear data, and confirm by tapping Delete.
-
-
Force Stop the App
-
After clearing the cache and data, force stop the app to ensure it resets properly.
-
On the same Wallet app info screen, tap Force Stop.
-
-
Check for App Updates
-
A bug causing this issue may have been fixed in a newer version of Samsung Wallet.
-
Open the Galaxy Store and search for Samsung Wallet.
-
Install any available updates.
-
-
Wipe the Cache Partition
-
This fixes glitches caused by corrupted system files without deleting personal data.
-
Turn off your phone.
-
Connect your phone to a computer using a USB cable.
-
Press and hold Volume Up + Power until the Samsung logo appears to enter Recovery Mode.
-
Use the volume buttons to highlight Wipe cache partition and press the power button to select it.
-
Confirm by selecting Yes, then select Reboot system now.
-
Following these steps should help resolve the Wallet app issue.
