After the new update in some phones like S series they delayed the update in other series because the reviews wasn't very good like phone freeze qnd restart automatically, slow charging problem, cursor control and many others. That's why they delayed.
I am S10 user and slow battery charging after update **bleep** 🤬🤬🤬 trust me...
