WHATSAPP DATA LOST FROM GALLERY

Dual whatsapp folder missing in S9...  it is not capturing any pic from whatsapp camera in any chat even not able to open any pdf or excel file after downloading it in any chat.

Please suggest any solution..

Facing same issue with my galaxy s9+.

This could due to whatsapp folder lost in Android folder for that you will need to factory reset your phone

Factory reset also not working. I'm also having Galaxy S9+

All we can do is..just wait for solution

Waiting for solution ..not going to factory reset in any way.

Go to file manager > Internal Storage > Android > Data > Check if there is a whatsapp folder If not maybe Android Floder got Reseted

There is no folder...and we have no solution yet.

That's the problem with all samsung devices the android folder data is gone
