Try these steps and lets see

A. Clear Wipe Cache Partition.
Steps to perform.
1) Turn off the device.

(Connect with type C cable/type C earphone only for Android 11)
OR
IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER MOBILE THEN CONNECT WITH CABLE WHETHER IT IS TYPE C TO TYPE C OR MICRO USB PORT take help of otg connector to connect other mobile.

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the power button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.



B. Once Reboot in a safemode

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

So...if I'm following these steps everytime I'm having a problem i could never use my phone straight 12Hrs. Cause i having having multiple issues weekly and i have tried all the solutions and Consulted with service center, They too have tried reflashing software and They even replaced my first S20 FE. This is my second phone and facing all the same issues as before. Maybe it's not about the software ,Samsung just ***** up.

Fan edition will be like that. you do one thing. as you already replaced 1 phone, you can now escalate this as a complaint to service head via website. also attach all the screenshots. You can now claim refund if it's within warranty
