Subject: Feedback Regarding Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

Dear Samsung Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra that I recently purchased. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing consistent system lags that are affecting the phone's performance.

I have already visited your service center twice in an attempt to resolve the issue. However, despite their efforts, the problem persists, and I have not seen any improvement in the device’s functionality.

I am disappointed as I expected better performance and customer support for a flagship model. I kindly request a more effective solution to this issue, as it is hindering my experience with the product.
