As per instructions my voucher on S22 Ultra free gift of airbuds and leather case, must be shown on benefit tab but it is not showing there. Anyone can help me out..
It's a major issue rn, a lot of people have been having it. Call Samsung Support and wait, in my experience it took 8 days since from the day of activation for it to show up.
Wait for a few days, it will eventually show up. Evrybody has been throught the same ordeal. I got my phone 6th and received the voucher today. So its delayed like the phones but eventually will be there. Be patient
Lets see, i tried to launch the complain to samsung via chat. They asked me for my pre booked number which i didnt had as i ordered from local vendor. So they said we can't launch you complain However on helpline they launched my complain
Now i am wondering how much more time will it take to appear let alone delivering to my home.
