Volume going down automatically on s7

I've been using the s7 for a while now. Recently I've experienced a problem in which the phone automatically lowers the volume itself and doesn't turn back up again. Does anyone have any as to what's going on? Is it a software or a hardware problem?

Hi! The logs you shared does not share a lot of information to the cause of the auto drop of volume.

There are just some few logs that it could be caused by Shazam app. Please uninstall it and test again.

If still the same, please bring your phone to Samsung authorized center near you.
