May Be it has been activated automatically as ur status bar shows ur both sim's are working in VoLTE
Only.. Even i get the same in S21U

Why don't you use eSIM on ur s20?

Esim drains battery and Heats up the phone i have used esim on that sim at that time it was showing volte option then i chngd my sim into physical sim then this problem is perusing

Currently in india only airtel , vi and jio supports volte calls (wifi calling) so if any of you are on other network then the volte will not work.
