My voicemail doesn't seem to be working even after I've set it up. What's wrong?

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to activate voice mail on your device.

● You can set voicemail through Phone app settings, or by pressing and holding number ‘1’ on the Keypad of the Phone app.

Path: Phone app > More options (⁝) > Settings > Voicemail > set voicemail number in ‘Voicemail number’, and follow the tutorial to create a password, record a greeting, and record your name.

Note: The options vary by carrier, but you can usually access your voicemail through the Phone app. Please contact your carrier for additional questions and information.

My mother is using Iphone and it doesn't require all these settings and all. Even after doing all these settings voicemail isn't working👎🏻 in my S24 Ultra , I tried many times even talked to samsung support they said ask your carrier and carrier saying they don't know why it isn't.
All 3 (Jio, airtel and samsung don't have a proper answer ). Blaming each other without any working solution.
