Vodafone 4G - Incoming calls always not reachable

i am facing this weird issue where I am not getting incoming calls most of the times.. It says not reachable. whereas i am able to make calls flawlessly.

when i forward calls it works flawless too. please could anyone help/advise

It is an issue with your sim card. Get it replaced at the earliest.

hi.. so if i change the sim do u think it'll be fine.. as the 4g signal is very low here

Your network should switch to 3g when you are getting incoming calls. Idea network has this problem in many areas in Bangalore. Try using different sim! It should work.

Because of this problem, I switched from Idea to Vodafone. Issue got fixed.

You mean different network or sim? because i tried with Airtel swap and it works perfect.. vodafone didn't respond in iPhone too
