Galaxy Sthe main thing would be to enable stabilisation. if you edit your videos and know how frame rate works then I would suggest 4k 60 fps so that in editing you can be stabilized and if you want to do speed ramp its easier. apart from this auto would be easy and good.

Galaxy SBut, you can start off by using
- 30 FPS frame rate
- turn on stabilization
- and shoot the video in auto mode
- select FHD (don't use 4k, it will take up space)
- don't use 60 fps, it will take up space as well
