Video recording frame drop

It's been 8 months and still hetting video recording framesrop in each movement in my s21 ultra.

Same deal here on S22 Ultra. 4K 30 or 60. Super annoying. Thought it was the video stabilization but it wasn't. I record auto racing and randomly while tracking a car, the car skips forward on the playback and live while recording. Super disappointed.
