Video Stutter (S23 Ultra)

Videos in mx player or vlc stutter A LOT because the refresh rate keeps jumping between 24, 30, 60, 120 during the video. Even if I set refresh rate to 60hz, then stutter still happens because it keeps switching between 24, 30 and 60. 

My older A52s 5G worked perfectly fine because the refresh rate was always locked at 120hz.

Are you sure that's the reason? Because i am having the same problem with my s23

Yep, now I use the galaxy maxhz app to set frame rate to constant 120 while watching movies and never experience any stutter.

Still not fixed, had to use a 3rd party app to set the frame rate to 120. Please fix.

Hey Samsung, it's been 7 months since I posted this and the issue still isn't fixed.
