Hello, I want this case to be forwarded directly to R&D. Device: Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Build Version: S938BOXM6BYIF Issue Summary: After the latest update, the phone experiences a system freeze during media playback. Video pauses automatically, audio cuts out, and for 5–10 seconds the phone becomes unresponsive. During the freeze: • Volume buttons do not work • I cannot make calls or open the phone app • Airplane mode cannot be toggled • Screen and touch respond but system UI does not This is not a hardware fault because everything works normally except during the freeze. This behavior indicates a Media Framework / SystemUI process crash or deadlock. I request you to forward this case directly to R&D as this issue is affecting usability, and multiple S25 Ultra users have reported identical behavior after this BYIF build. Please confirm that this case has been added to the R&D bug tracking list.
