My Galaxy s20 fe 5g is getting vibrations for no relevant reason and to know where exactly I am getting these vibrations I used nice catch app within good lock app. It turns out these are due to "android system" app (screen shot attached).

Important detail is that while there is no specific pattern when these vibrations occur but mostly what I have observed is that many a time I feel these vibrations when I pick my phone up when it is on standby or when phone gets moved a bit when lying around.

How do I stop these vibrations?

Yes, but from his last statements, I feel this is the issue. Like for a single notification vibration will be twice this way so better stop it.

Go for reset once.. it may get solved if the firmware is creating that issue ☹️

Keep your phone on mute.
