I facing the problem fingerprint. I explains he say you go to service center. I tell him service center is too long distance please listen my problem. I explains he didn't focus. After i think may be i buy the protector local mobile shop it's not good working i tell please give any original protector i buy. you any link i directly buy. he say it's service center not store 🤷.

I have used s23 s24 ultra but the problm was not in the phone but the protector.
Sometimes it works and sometime not because our hands are dry. If you are outside and the try to unlock fingerprint it will work.
Either you buy original protector or the one with the hole on fingerprint side.

Where is buy original is not available in his website third-party i don't know he's original or no

Already i try but same problem put the protector without protecter working good
