vertical green line on my S22 after software update. 
Contacted support but the were not helpful.
Visited service centre they were not helpful.
Again contacted customer support but they keep on repeating that I will have to pay for the repair and repeat about guidlines and policies and don't listen to us.

I'm also using S22 5g.
However due to greenline issue, I'm afraid of updating the software/security patch 😑

I started having green line issue after updating the security patch.

Now I've even updated to the latest software update, but it didn't fix any issue.

IMO wait for few days, check if more people have this issue and then update it.

Followed all the steps. Mailed the CEO .
Samsung customer care just seems to follow a same script.

Samsung doesn't want to check the device. They are just guessing that this is a display issue and not software update issue.1727244184255.jpg

Yes they r doing same with me.... wait do it 3-4 times and consult National Consumer Helpline..... that what I want to do.... there are some cases

Yes , the problem is if I only using samsung mobile... I would lost trust bought other mobile after time but ... I'm too invested in samsung ecosystem, it's tough to change all the products now. But if they still don't come up with an solution I will have to change all products one after the other.

Dear immyk I also facing this type of issue but now my problem resolve my problem in warranty although my mobile age is aproz 2 years
