Galaxy SNow I've even updated to the latest software update, but it didn't fix any issue.
IMO wait for few days, check if more people have this issue and then update it.

Galaxy SSamsung customer care just seems to follow a same script.
Samsung doesn't want to check the device. They are just guessing that this is a display issue and not software update issue.
