VPN not connecting in Samsung s10+ after security update

Hi Samsung recently after the security update vpn service is not connecting. It works fine in other mobile Lee S5... But in my S10+ it's not connecting. Please do the needful in resolving this bug.

I reinstalled vpn but still same issue. Not connecting. I even used new account, no use just lost few more money

No solution till now. waiting for next update. hope they will fix it soon

Having this same problem with my note 20 ultra, recent security update made a lot of VPN apps useless on my phone. Factory reset is not an option for me so I hope Samsung will notice the problem and correct it.

Please replicate the problem and send an error report. On the other hand, it would be great if you can visit the service center to check the issue face to face.

I will try to update. from your side please update the new update released in 1st week of August in S10+ and try to use any VPN app. it will immediately get disconnected or it wil not connect. please resolve it as early as possible. thank you

I can confirm this strange behaviour. Security patch: August 2020, software version G975FXXU8CTG4/G975FOXM8CTG4/G975FXXU8CTG4.

VPN apps Secure VPN 2.2.8/2.2.7/2.2.6/2.2.5 - all do not connect anymore

Ultrasurf vpn 1.1.8 and 1.1.7.
