VPN doesn't work on my samsung S10 plus

Hi 

I downloaded a VPN on my phone which works on all other Android devices except for my Samsung s10 plus. I tried installing the same VPN on my friends samsung S10 Plus and it works absolutely fine.

Can someone help me resolve the issue on my Samsung S10 Plus device.
