VOLTE not available for Samsung s9 + after recent update

Hi all,

After recent security update VOLTE option is no longer available and not able to receive or make calls in Jio network. Is anyone else facing this issue. Called service center and they said nothing can be done. They asked to wait for one more update. Currently using Jio voice app but sadly it doesn't work on wifi and jio network at my place is horrible. Does anyone remedy or work around?

what's the update version number ? I don't have any issue with jio volte

This is the latest update i got on 4th of December. I was at Germany that time and hence found that volte is not working once i came back to India today

facing volte drop issuses while using dual volte sim like jio and airtel

restart your device if it not work then reset it

I did restart the device.. Unfortunately i cannot reset the device since it has my work data as well
