VOLTE is not very useful in Pakistan, the network prioritiy is your voice call first, Voice Over LTE works on data packets which needs good signals for good bandwidth as well and when you are calling on same network to give you HD call quality. Otherwise, it is hassle like talking on whatsapp call.
