My samsung s20 plus just 1 month finish ..
I have problm that phone heating issue..
I went to abu dhabi khalidiya mall ..samsung service centre .today around 8 clock..there is one indian ..Kerala staff ..
I told to him about my phone issue ..
Quickly he replied ..samsung latest mobiles have this same issue. Even ear buds too ..
It's normal ..he didn't check my phone he didn't ask how old.or which model nothing..I don't know why samsung company choosing this kind of people for customers service..
He agreed samsung latest phones all mobile have heating issue..
That staff not good ...
After that I went to abu dhabi mall samsung service center ..there is one staff philippines 
He checked my phone...and he scanned after he said don't worry your phone have no issue ..
Becz problm updating now solved..

Please just give warning to khalidiya mall samsung service center staff..malayali staff

please note that guy...he is working in samsung service center &he is not good..talking. he doesn't know anything
