Just two months after the purchase, the usb port of Galaxy S10 Lite not working. Headset which was given with the phone also not getting connected as well as the fast charging feature. The device's port works randomly 😅.  Would say a really bad customer experience.

Go to a nearby service center and they will repair your device for free. (If it is not water damaged).

yesterday my A50 too stopped charging. I went to service centre they charged me rs 1150.But the mobile was bought 1year before 😅

On communication, service center needs to keep the phone for a week with them for the usb board to be ordered 😂. Someone from the customer experience team should look onto this.
