Galaxy SSubject: Request to Add Urdu Language Support in One UI 8.5 for Galaxy AI Features
Dear Samsung Team,
I am a loyal user of your flagship device, and I am writing this to highlight a much-needed feature for the Pakistani market.
With the release of One UI 8.5 and the amazing advancements in Galaxy AI, millions of users in Pakistan are eagerly waiting for Urdu language support in features like Live Translate and Interpreter.
Pakistan has a massive community of Samsung fans who believe that adding our national language will significantly enhance the user experience and further strengthen Samsung's position in our region.
Please consider including the Urdu language pack in the upcoming One UI 8.5 rollout or in the next immediate security patch. We truly hope that the voices of millions of Urdu-speaking users will be heard.
Best regards,

Galaxy SDear Samsung Team,
I am writing this as a loyal Samsung user currently using the flagship Galaxy S25 Ultra.
While I am impressed with the hardware and the latest One UI 8.5 update, I am deeply disappointed by the continued absence of the Urdu Language Pack for Galaxy AI features. For millions of users in Pakistan and across the globe, Galaxy AI remains a "useless feature" as long as it does not support our native language.
We are unable to utilize the true strength of the S25 Ultra, such as Live Translate, Interpreter Mode, and Chat Assist, because Urdu is missing from the AI ecosystem. Furthermore, the current Samsung Urdu Keyboard needs significant improvements to match the productivity levels of other global languages.
As a premium flagship owner, I believe that the "real power" of Galaxy AI should be accessible to everyone in their own language. Without Urdu support, we are missing out on the core innovation that defines the S25 series.
I urge the development team to prioritize the Urdu Language Pack in the upcoming patch so that we can finally experience the full potential of our devices.
Looking forward to a positive update soon.
Best Regards,
Saqib Hussain Naqvi
(Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra User)
