S20 FE 5G will be the best bang for your buck.

Maybe you can splurge out and consider S21 plus / Note 20/ S21. But will cost you a fortune.

None of the devices have iris, intelligent scanner like strong biometric, hrt sensors,, highest camera lense aperture 1.5 like his present device..now a days it's called upgrade by Samsung but practically it's downgrade with useless heaters... from 1st day issue starting with those devices as this forum is full with..I recommend direct pixels

you will get high optimised software, no blotware and super powerful camera... pixel is pixel..no comparison..s9 also good device...you also can upgrade with s10+ aslo ..but i never recommend recent bogus devices so called flagships ...which heat can save people even in Antarctica 🤣😆
