One Ui 7 is still in the Beta phase. Sri Lanka is not getting any beta updates. Only a few countries are eligible to test the beta update.

Once S25 Series releases with One Ui 7 in January end. S24 Series will get the stable One Ui 7 Update definitely in February next year.

Okay, but even if your CSC code is USA. You should connect a USA SIM and should enable the USA Samsung members. Then, it will show the Registration page for the One Ui 7 Beta Update.

Using a VPN won't work. You'll have to use a USA SIM to trigger it. You are locked into this region's Samsung Members app. The moment u use the USA SIM you will be able to connect to the USA members area where u can apply for the beta program.
